General Warranty
Paika's warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damages resulting from improper usage, negligence, abuse, transportation damage, acts of nature, or accidents (including failure to follow the instructions supplied with the product).
The warranty period begins from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted. This limited warranty is available only to the original purchaser. Paika’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement, at its discretion, of any defect and does not include any liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
Paika Pickleball Paddle Limited Warranty
Warranty Period
Paika warrants the paddles to be free from major defects in workmanship and materials when used for the intended purpose under normal use and conditions for a period of 60 Days from the date of receipt on original purchase.
Coverage
This warranty covers all manufacturer defects, missing parts, and workmanship.
Remedies
If during the Limited Warranty period, any part or component of the product is found to be defective, Paika will, at their own discretion:
- Replace the defective part or product with a new part or product (either the same model or of equivalent value).
- If there is no suitable replacement part or product, Paika will refund the original purchase price.
- If purchased from an authorized retailer, please follow the retailer's return/exchange policy prior to reaching out to Paika customer service.
Limitations
Paika’s obligation to replace or exchange the part or product shall not exceed the amount of the original purchase price of the product. Paika is not liable for loss of use of the product, or other consequential or incidental costs, expenses, or damages incurred by the customer.
Exclusions - What is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear, damage through improper usage, negligence, acts of nature, or accident.
- Fading of graphics.
- Used in commercial applications or rentals.
- Modified or repaired by anyone not authorized by Paika.
- Not being the original purchaser.
Shipping
Orders placed will be processed with in 24 hours and shipped with in 48 hours (excluding weekends)
Important Note on Shipped Items:
Customers should refuse delivery of any items that appear to be damaged. Returns, refunds, or exchanges may not be accepted once an item is signed for and delivery accepted.
Returns
We strive to deliver paddles that meet your highest expectations. However, we recognize that preferences can vary, and situations may arise where a return is necessary.
You have 30-day window from the date of delivery to return your item. To qualify for a full refund, please ensure that the paddle is unused and returned in its original packaging, including all plastic wraps and accessories. Items not meeting these conditions may incur a 25% restocking fee or be ineligible for return.
Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Package
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you can't find it, please take the following steps: check around your property, including your front porch, side door, back porch, garage, bushes, and mailbox, as it might be hidden or stuck.
It's also a good idea to ask your neighbors if they might have received it on your behalf. If the package remains missing after three days, reach out to us at paikasports@gmail.com.
Please note that Paika is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, such as wrong apartment or house number, or incorrect street name. Additionally, Paika is not responsible for unclaimed or refused orders. For these issues, please contact your mail carrier directly with your full name and tracking number.
If the carrier confirms delivery but your package is still missing or possibly stolen, Paika cannot issue refunds or credits. We recommend contacting the carrier to resolve any delivery discrepancies.
